a 2 year old weekend
This last weekend I watched my 2 year old nephew Clay. After offering, I immediately wondered what in the heck I was thinking....I have a 2 month old for heavens sake! But it actually turned out to be ok. Berkeley and Clay had a great little time in their little 2 year old world. They never left each others side. They did every thing together....ate together, played together, ran around outside together, fed the ducks together (yes, they are still coming around), bathed together, watched tv together, and got their diapers changed together. I'm not going to lie though, I am paying for it today. I am extremely tired! It was fun though. Berkeley had a great little 2 year old time.

Oh my gosh, I miss them both so much. If only Ava was there too! I think its funny that you were supposed to go away fro the weekend and have someone watch YOUR kids!
I get to watch my friend's kids tomorrow, all day!! About getting old. It's not getting old, it's giving birth. My back has gone out on me almost every time I've had a kid. The Dr. sais it's just a combination of constantly holding a baby and juggling other kids, bending down and lifting. You're still recuperating from giving birth and you can't slow down so your body quits. I know it sucks. I now have a heating pad that I keep under my bed, and three medications for when my back hurts. Try a muscle relaxer at night it does wonders.
