These are the infamous Sprinkles cupcakes. They are somewhat a fad over there. We waited in line for about 20 minutes and they were $4 a cupcake! What a bargain......sheesh! I give the presentation a 10 and the actual cupcakes an 8. I was glad we experienced what all the hype was about.
A little bit of the scrapbooking mess.
We were all feeling the color green that night!I was fortunate enough to go to Newport Beach this weekend for a girls trip with my family. There were 8 of us girls total. It was my 3 sisters, 3 sister-in-laws and a cousin. We stayed in a time share condo that was on a huge hill over looking the ocean. It was quite beautiful. The festivites included lots of delicious meals, running on the beach, scrapbooking, LOTS of talking, shopping at fashion island and south coast plaza, pedicures, waiting in a long line for Sprinkles cupcakes, swimming, and sleeping on a couch bed. The weather was absolutely beautiful! It was about 80 degrees each day! Thank you Todd for being a trooper and watching my sick baby, and thank you Lori as well! I had a really great time and it was so nice to go on my first vacation baby free!

Let me tell you, I hadn't even heard of Sprinkles until last year, and Dave's mom bought them just because they were all the rage. It was like $40 for a dozen, and we were all shocked!

I am so jealous of you party girl! That sounds like a lot of fun and the weather you had in Cali sounds amazing to me right now. Soome of the pics of Berk at Disneyland are so dang cute!! There is another cupcake place that is suppose to be better than Sprinkles and now I cant remember the name. We will need to take a Farnsworth girls trip to that other cupcake place sometime.
I'm so jealous of sister's. At least I have a ton of sister-in-laws!
how fun and By the way you can Buy the infamous sprinkles brand cupcake mix at williams sonoma now, exact same even the dots on top come in the kit. Enjoy!

I'm not sure if I'm more jealous of your fun girls weekend or the fact that you got Sprinkles' cupcakes... I'm preggos, so it seems as if all I think of these days is food, lol.
those sprinkles cupcakes are totally the fad down there! and every time I'm home we go over there by it to shop around, and then we try to get a couple cup cakes, and there is always a line, and so, I have never had a sprinkle cupcake to this day! and I hear they are very delicious! everyone raves about them. i did however, buy the mix from williams-sonoma, but , have not made them yet! haha. anyways those look really yummy! it was fun to hang out and talk at the shower the other night. we should all get together again soon.
